Production time
Every piece is printed and finished after you order. Allow two to five working days before your parcel is dispatched.
Delivery
United Kingdom: 2-5 working days, tracked. Complimentary on orders over £75.
Europe: 4-8 working days, tracked.
Rest of world: 6-14 working days, tracked.
Orders ship from the production facility closest to your address, which is usually within Europe or North America. Customs duties outside the UK and EU are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
You may return any unworn item with its tags attached within thirty days of delivery for a full refund. Email us with your order number and we will send return instructions. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or incorrect items
Send us a photograph within thirty days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund you in full, including postage.
